Vypple Technologies ("we," "us," or "our") collects information you provide directly to us when you use the Venus Concierge service. This includes name, email address, and calendar availability data provided via integrations like Cal.com.

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, to process your transactions, and to communicate with you about our services.
03. Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.
04. SMS, MMS, and Voice Messaging
When you interact with Venus via text message, multimedia message, or voice call, we collect the phone number you contact us from, the content of your messages (text, images, video, voice transcripts), the time and date of your interactions, and metadata such as your mobile carrier. This information is shared with the event host whose event you are inquiring about (for example, a wedding couple or a funeral home) and is used to deliver concierge responses, log activity in the host portal, and generate event records such as guest galleries and RSVP summaries. We do not sell your phone number or message content. We do not share your phone number or message content with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
05. Opt-In and Opt-Out
You opt in to messaging when you reply to an introductory message from an event host or initiate contact with an event number. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, END, or CANCEL. Opt-out is honored at the platform level and cannot be overridden by the event host. Reply HELP or INFO at any time for campaign information. Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan. Message frequency varies by event activity.
06. Mobile Carrier Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We follow industry guidelines published by the CTIA and The Campaign Registry (TCR) for application-to-person (A2P) messaging.
