01. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Venus Concierge service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.
02. Service Description
Venus Concierge is an AI guest concierge platform for events, including weddings and funerals. We provide it to event hosts such as couples, planners, venues, and funeral homes. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
03. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
04. SMS, MMS, and Voice Messaging
By providing your phone number to an event host using Venus, or by initiating contact with a Venus-assigned event number, you consent to receive SMS, MMS, and voice messages related to that event. Message frequency varies with event activity. Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan. Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, END, or CANCEL at any time to opt out; opt-out is honored at the platform level. Reply HELP or INFO for campaign information. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We follow CTIA and TCR guidelines for application-to-person (A2P) messaging.
