How is Venus priced?

Venus pricing is organized into four levels: Celebratory, Premium, Luxury, and Bespoke. The right level depends on guest count, number of events, guest engagement, RSVP needs, and expected voice usage.

Will the final total go above my estimate?

No. Your total will not exceed the approved estimate without your approval. If the wedding appears likely to need a higher usage level, Venus notifies the couple or planner before anything changes.

Which Venus level is right for my wedding?

Celebratory is best for smaller text-first weddings. Premium is the polished middle option for many 50-150 guest weddings. Luxury supports larger or multi-event weekends. Bespoke is for major, high-touch, or ultra-luxury weddings.

Does Venus replace my photo or video service?

No. Venus does not replace your photo/video service. Venus makes sure guests actually find and use it. Send us your Google Drive, Dropbox, Guestpix, WedUploader, gallery, or private upload link and Venus shares it when guests ask.

Can Venus help with RSVPs?

Yes. Venus can help guests RSVP, update basic RSVP details, and confirm guest-status information based on the approved flow for that wedding.

Is Venus replacing my wedding coordinator?
